FOR MEDIUM AND SMALL LOCATIONS
Designed to respond specifically to the demand typical of medium-small locations, Ruby is the compact and essential professional coffee machine that guarantees excellent in-cup quality.
While Ruby and Ruby Pro are primarily addressed to service areas, small dining rooms and offices, the 2-group version perfectly suits to quite large spaces with high coffee consumption volumes: in fact, it can serve up to four cups of coffee at the same time.
Thanks to specific filter holder kits that are available on request, Ruby can work with professional filter holders for ground coffee, capsules and ESE paper pods.
ACCORDING TO YOUR NEEDS
Will an internal tank satisfy your requirements, or will you need to connect to the mains? Up to you to opt for the solution that best suits your needs.
In both cases, the exclusive Espresso Priority System allows the preparation of your cup even if the water tank is at minimum level, or the boiler needs refilling after a hot water dispensing or the steam wand being activated.
Moreover, in case you opt for the embedded water tank version, you can also benefit from easy access for filling the water tank and easy removal of the drip tray for cleaning.
