PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

The data you provide when filling in this form shall be processed by the Company to respond to your request for information about the Company and/or its products/services.

The data you provide when filling in this form, subsequent to your consent, shall be processed for marketing purposes: for example, sending – via automatic (such as SMS and e-mail) and traditional (such as phone calls and post) means of contact – promotional and sales information regarding services/products offered by the company, or notification of company events, as well as market research and statistical analysis.    Consent (optional and revocable at any time).    Until consent is withdrawn.

DATA STORAGE PERIOD

The data shall be stored for the time it takes to respond to individual requests for information, yet not exceeding 30 days. Upon the expiry of said period or once the requests have been handled, your data shall be destroyed or made anonymous in compliance with technical erasure and back-up procedures.

COMPULSORY DATA CONFERMENT

Conferment of the data marked in the form with an asterisk (*) is compulsory in order to provide you with the requested information; therefore, if consent is denied for the collection of said data, the Company cannot handle your request.

 

RECIPIENTS OF DATA

Your data may be communicated to third parties operating as autonomous owners (e.g. surveillance and control authorities; public and private bodies entitled to request data), or processed, on behalf of the Company, by third parties designated as Responsible, who have received adequate training in operations. Said parties fall into the following categories:

  1. Companies that manage and/or maintain the Company’s website;
  2. Evoca Group companies.

Data may be processed by personnel in the offices deployed by the company for the above mentioned purposes, expressly authorized to process the data and who have received adequate training in operations.

 

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA IN COUNTRIES NOT BELONGING TO THE EUROPEAN UNION

Your data may be transferred and processed in one or more nations within or outside the European Union. A complete list of the countries in which we operate is available on our internet page www.evocagroup.com.

USERS’ RIGHTS – COMPLAINT TO CONTROL BODY

By contacting the Privacy Office via e-mail at privacy@evocagroup.com, users may ask the owner to supply the data referring to their person, cancel the data, correct any inexact data, integrate incomplete data, limit processing according to art. 18 of the GDPR, as well as to deny processing in cases of the Company's legitimate interest.

Users may also, when processing is based on consent or the contract and effected automatically, receive data in a structured form, of common use and legible by an automatic device, and also, when technically feasible, to transmit them to another owner without impediment.

Users have the right to forward complaints to the competent Control Bodies in the member State where they usually reside or work or in the State where the presumed violation occurred.

The user has the right to revoke consent for marketing purposes at any moment, as well as deny processing of Data for marketing purposes. However, if the user prefers to be contacted for this purpose exclusively by traditional means, it shall be possible for him/her to express his/her opposition only to the receipt of communications by automated methods.
